a. When using a plasma surfacing gun, make sure that the cooling water is in a state of circulation.
b. Correctly install and connect the welding torch to ensure that the water, electricity and gas joints are firmly installed.
c. Replacement of nozzles, sealing rings and centering rings must be carried out when the welding machine is turned off, and the welding torch is higher than the height of the water tank to prevent cooling water from flowing into the powder feeding channel.
