How to surfacing worm by PTA welding

The worms are used for the horizontal centrifuge which is applied in the industries of wastewater treatment, protein separation, oil drilling, infrastructure mud, food processing, etc, such as extraction of useful components in suspension to save resources in the application of wastewater treatment. The worm is the core part of this centrifuge, however, of which the lifetime depends on the abradability of the screw blades. The normal way is to add wear-resistant material to the blade to the extent of the lifetime.

The solution is metallurgical bonding, high binding strength, and good impact resistance. The welding thickness would be up to 4mm, it would be suitable for the workpiece of severe abrasion as well. It would have been done by automatic which saves a bunch of labor.
